Yardley Research Group examines the competitive landscape of programs and makes recommendations on the overall shape of the curriculum, faculty research thrusts, required practical learning experiences, physical infrastructure and its uses, leadership, and marketing and recruiting.

We also help develop the infrastructure necessary to support new programming - library holdings and online reference programs, laboratory and instructional space, academic support services, research facilities, etc.
